You’ll find the process of working with The Pentas Group a refreshing difference from most consultants in the banking industry. It’s important to note, we start with a no-obligation (or cost) assessment of your unique situation and present the findings to first determine if it makes sense for us to continue together. If so, we follow a proven methodology that helps reveal opportunities for cost containment, productivity, additional product utilization and enhanced profitability.

Recommend
Once your information has been analyzed and evaluated, Pentas will provide an executive summary and report its findings to you and your key staff members. At this time Pentas will establish your current cost structure, as well as targeted savings that can be attained with the proper restructuring. Once a course of action has been determined, Pentas will provide you with an engagement agreement for your approval.
To this point there has been … no commitment, no payment and
no risk… to you.
Restructure
During this step in the process a Client Playbook is developed, which is a clear and concise plan of your strategies, and reviewed for your approval prior to presenting to your technology partner. We negotiate the desired outcome and obtain restructured agreements for review and approval.
Validate
After the new agreement(s) are finalized and we have achieved the desired outcome, Pentas will work with your institution to review initial invoices for accuracy. The service selected will determine future Pentas involvement. Additionally, we will perform an Invoice Audit
for the first year.
